The new menu is absolutely delicious! Everything tasted fresh, the portions were generous, and the homemade flavors really stood out. The service was impeccable too. I definitely need to come back to try more dishes from the menu.

Cush Restaurant in Midleton is truly a wonderful place. I had the grilled market fish served with roasted cauliflower, pickled winter chanterelles, and a beautiful langoustine sauce — absolutely amazing. I paired it with a glass of Château Font-Mars Picpoul de Pinet, which matched perfectly.

For dessert, I enjoyed a salted caramel custard tart with crème fraîche ice cream, a fantastic finish to the meal. The whole experience was a delight for anyone who loves great gastronomy.

The service was excellent as well — the two waitresses provided outstanding, attentive service throughout the evening.

Every dish was incredibly fresh, bursting with flavour, perfectly cooked a beautifully presented. The staff were very friendly and extremely attentive. The chargrilled hispi cabbage with nduji crumb and garlic aioli side dish was a stand out for us. We are already looking forward to going back.

We had a lovely family lunch at this wonderful restaurant in Midleton and tried the Salty Dog menu. The seafood chowder and beef were absolutely delicious, and the desserts were amazing too. Warm atmosphere, friendly staff, and great food — we’ll definitely be back!

Our daughter selected this place and so glad she did. My hake beer fried was fresh and delicious.My family enjoyed their meals too. The deserrt was delicious too. The staff was very friendly and enjoyed the quaint location.
